Known Gaps

Things a maintainer should know are not finished, as of 13 October 2026.

  • Clerk organization webhooks. The endpoint is subscribed to user and session events only; organization events must be added in the Clerk dashboard (IMP-173). Nothing depends on it today because the platform writes its own organization rows.
  • Outlook calendar access rides on the Microsoft token Clerk holds from sign-in. There is no app-owned Microsoft OAuth client yet; Google has one.
  • The five-minute pg_cron schedule is defined in the database, not in a migration file. If the database is ever rebuilt, recreate it (see Scheduled Jobs).
  • Sentry source maps are not uploaded, so stack traces show built file names.
  • No health route and no external uptime monitor.
  • Google OAuth consent screen is unverified until it moves under Impact Hub Houston's account (IMP-67, IMP-156), so members see a warning when connecting a calendar.
  • Specs 00 to 06 describe an earlier AWS design and carry a banner saying so.
  • The Match Review tab (/mentors/matches) is a placeholder that only shows an empty state; the real queue is the Matching page.
  • No admin editor for another member's bio and skills, a founder's business, or a mentor's availability. Those belong to the member by design.
  • Clerk's own emails (invitation, codes, resets) cannot be restyled on the current plan; restyled templates sit in docs/clerk-email-templates/ for when they can.
  • The docs site is public by link and marked not to be indexed. If it should be sign-in only, Vercel's password protection on the docs project is the quickest way.
