Resources and Partners
The Tools and Templates library, who sees what, partner listings, and how a partner organization publishes its own resources.
Tools and Templates
Members open Tools and Templates under Resources: "Templates, guides and links from Impact Hub Houston and its partners." They see only resources that are published and aimed at one of their roles. Search and the Category filter sit in the toolbar. Opening a resource shows its description and an Open Resource or Download button.
Manage Resources
Admins (and partner administrators and managers for their own organization) open Manage Resources under Resources: "Everything in Tools and Templates, including drafts. Publish a resource to put it in front of the people it is for."
Columns: Owner, Title, Category, For, Status, Updated. Statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | No audience chosen yet; nobody can see it |
| Unpublished | Audiences chosen, held back |
| Published | Visible to its audiences |

Who Sees a Resource
The audiences ticked on the resource decide it. This is the answer to "should mentors see the founder material": tick Mentors on those resources. The category is how the library is grouped; it does not affect who sees it.
For You
The Overview's For You card suggests resources and partners to each member from what they said they need, their stage and their industries. It can only suggest what exists: a founder who asked for marketing help sees marketing material once a resource is filed under Marketing.
Partners
Partners under Resources lists partner organizations and their offers: "Offers and discounts available to Impact Hub Houston members." Members can search, filter by category, bookmark, Share a link to a listing, and Learn More.
A listing is edited by the partner organization itself on its Organization page, Listing tab, or by an admin from the same place. See Businesses and Organizations. A listing set to Hidden from members stays off the page.
A Partner Publishing Resources
A partner organization's administrator or manager sees Manage Resources too, limited to their organization. The From field is their organization. When the audience is Partner Organizations only, the form says so, because that resource will not reach founders or mentors.
Files
Uploaded files live in a private storage bucket and are served only to signed-in members through a download route that checks the audience first. Deleting a resource deletes the file.
